  • We ask adults arriving with children for increased supervision of children. We kindly ask you not to run around in the entire area of Animal Island, because it is extremely dangerous for accidents besides the dogs being walked. Also, to avoid accidents and keep our residents calm, playing ball and using balloons is prohibited.
  • It is not allowed to reach into kennels or pet the animals from outside of the kennels to prevent accidents.
  • Please do not give pets home food or treats.
  • If you would like to help the residents, donations are gratefully accepted, which can be placed at the collection point at the reception. You can find our list of needs here.
  • Do not leave behind dog excrements or other garbage. Please always pick up them with proper bags and drop them into the designated bins. Please knot the bags before you put them into the bin.
  • The equipment on the territory of the dog school can only be used for its intended purpose with the permission of the instructor (in the presence of trainers). Sitting on obstacles, jumping, and running is dangerous and therefore should not be allowed.
  • Please do not cross the training ground area (grassy area) during dog school sessions as it could be dangerous. (Use the white, stony road framing the area instead.)
  • If you come with dogs, please note that the use of a leash is mandatory throughout the Animal Island.
  • If you are with an aggressive dog around the dog school who prone to cause injury, please do use a bite-proof muzzle on your dog.
  • Smoking and alcohol are not allowed in the whole area of Animal Island!
  • Accessible toilet is located in the reception building.
  • The Foundation shall not be liable for accidents or damages caused by animals if you have not complied with the rules.
